Email Capture and Auto Responders

iContact - Has a significant advantage over the internet marketers favourite aweber. iContact will allow you to upload a list of contacts and does not send double opt in emails.

This is significant when your a bricks and motor company. Say you have been to a conference and collected say 500 business cards. You can enter in the Name and Email address of your new contacts and start emailing them straight away.

Try the same with aweber and you would send 500 double opt in emails. I can tell you that very few would realise that the double opt in email was from their new contact (you!) and accept the opt in. So this is where iContact wins over aweber.

Feed Validator

Feed Validator - This is ues to test if the feeds on a GetSite are working and there are no errors. Simply goto the home page of a GetSite, Click on the Feed Icon and then copy and past the feed URL into Feed Validator. If there is an error call Lyndon.
